(DTI Reg. 2968629) Formerly A.E.M. Plans & Design, Established last September 2015 Lead by the Managing Director Arch. Aaron Enova Mirasol, it was re-organized to cater, help and focus at supporting client on Space Planning, Design, Costing / Budgeting, Project Development, Supervision and Management including Building itself. M.A.E. is a team of license and Experience Professional in each individual field related to project and construction. The company main objective is to Provide Services that are with value, professional and accordance on what the client needs.

OUR CEO’s Journey 2007-2010 – (Working Student) Part of MAP Holdings company as one of Subdivision Planning Team. 2010 – Graduate with degree in Architecture 2010- Construction consultant for Steven Leach while designing the extension of Our lady of Lourdes Hospital in Daet, Camarines Norte 2010-2012 – Joined Janus Construction Corporation as Project Architect and Project Supervisor 2012 – Passed the Board Exam 2012 – Joined SMDC as Property Assistant Manager 2012-2015 – Joined DB&B Phil Inc. as Construction Manager 2015- Work for Design Delta Pte Ltd (Singapore company base) as Project Manager that handle 2 H&M project in Philippines 2015 -2018 – Joined Gennal Industries Pte Ltd 
Positions (Architecture Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Bid and Proposal team leader) 2018-2019 – Joined Cheng Meng Furniture Pte Ltd. as Project and Production manager 2019-2021- Joined One Pit Stop Enterprise Pte Ltd as Senior Project Manager and become Chief Operation Officer 2021 – Went back home and open Mirasol Architects & Engineers Building Design Services.
